Dog Tired

Icy's paws are sore and her head is spinning from trying to figure how to change her blog over to the new Blogger.

I'm not brave enough to even try. BTW, I know I left a comment on yesterday's post, but it's not there now. :(

Thanks TLP. We noted and appreciate your comment as well as G's on the "Taking a Walk" post on the last entry of the original blog. Click on "Our Old Blog" in the sidebar to see it. I used the same pic for the first entry of the new version for this blog, but the comments couldn't be transfered. Sometimes in life we have to whipe the slate clean and start all over again. I envy Jamie Dawn getting to move into a brand new house. That sounds so wonderful in a way. It is also very sad to leave the old homes we grew up in with all their memories. I recall a book I once read called "Future Shock" about how change can be almost traumatic for us in this new age. Eventually all old Blogger blogs will have to be changed over or deleted to keep up with the ever changing technology. I have been playing with Home pages and Blogs since 1997 and have had dozens of websites erased and had to start over. Animals have always had to adapt to environmental changes or become extinct like the dinosours. That is how it is with blogs. My personal life is chaotic right now and I am finding it difficult to make radical changes in my life in my sixties.

Blogger is frustrating, but I know you can make the new one work. Looking forward to see you more - all of you :-)

I guess you made it. Blogger told me they weren't ready to move me after they practically begged me. Like a surly streetwalker.

If anyone can figure this out, it's you. Good luck and thanks for clearing that up as I thought I had commented.

I must admit to missing my dancing avatar.

It's true, there once was a fire in the apartment building in which I shared an apartment with my sister. We lost a lot of personal belongings. Life goes on, we weed out and press forward. Good luck with the new version.

I had it figured out before they even invented it!
