Tortoise-shell Cat May Be First To Go

The lady next door said the Tortoise-shell kitten was female as they mostly are. The three gray kittens are all males. Her cat had kittens about the same time as our Noname cat. Her cat had two tri-colored calico female kittens and four yellow and white males. A woman came by saying she wanted a female kitten and she asked us for the Tortie. It is only about six weeks old and it eats solid cat food. She said she will come by again during the week to see if we will give it to her. I hate to give it up, but it might be best to give it away before it gets too big because people will take kittens a lot quicker than bigger cats.

That's a great picture. Have you named the other kittens yet? If you'd like to name one after me, feel free!

You're right, people are much more quick to take a kitten than an adult cat. It isn't even my cat and I'm sad to see it go! Even though it is a well-known fact that tortoise-shell cats are psycho and like starting fires.

Belly protecting Tortoise is my fave one, too, I so understand that you hate to let her go. But you are right, if there's someone wants her, she'd better go.

Tortie has such neat coloring.
I hope she goes to a good home.
