Bootsy watches the cat from next door, which was born about the same time. These two are not directly related, but the daddy of the yellow one was one of the fathers of Turdy, Bootsy's turtle-shell brother. Mama Noname Cat had sex with both Midnight and Morris within minutes and one of the eggs was fertilized by two different sperm. Cats are peculiar like that, maybe. And maybe not. Midnight had a yellow sub-coat, so he might have been like a brother to Morris or something. There's a solid black cat that comes around often that is the same age (6 months) as Bootsy. Icy says, Who cares?

Hello Neighbor

Well tom cats are promiscuous, so why shouldn't females be the same way?
It must be terribly difficult for a cat to keep in mind all its relatives and who is the who of who. I understand they don't care. I undertsand Icy doesn't care, too. :)

That is true about cats--there can be more than one father for the kittens in a litter. Leon and Raymond have different fathers, but they're litter mates. Both have the same pattern in the white parts of their fur, but Raymond is gray and white with long hair and green eyes, and Leon is a tabby with a white belly and feet and blue eyes. Trinity (the calico cat) may actually be a distant cousin of Leon and Raymond.
It's almost as tangled as GONE WITH THE CAPTISTS.
Wow...there's a lot of action in that neighborhood.
Both kitties are cute.
That black cat will be neat to have around on Halloween.
Our neighbors' cat likes to come by our house now and then, but she is kind of shy about coming up to us.
