We call this kitten 'Boots' since we lack the imagination to think up a better name. There were two kittens just like this one with white paws, but we found a home for one of them. So we have three kittens left: Mister Gray, Boots and Turdy the tortoise-shell kitten. Mama Noname was a stray when she came here and had the kittens, and since the kittens have been weened, she has left or found a new home. She stops by now and then to see the kittens, but she doesn't stay very long.

When my kids were young we had a grey cat with white paws. The kids named him...what else? Boots.
Hey - Boots is a great name. Our grey cat was just "Big Kitty". I'm awful at names.
